Scope of Services and Description of Duties :

 

ATT was assigned by Ban Chang Co., Ltd. (powering developer) under permission of government of Cambodia to conduct a feasibility study on Power System Development/ Rehabilitation in Phnom Penh City. The project covers field survey and investigation of the existing power demand, the power generation plants and distribution system in Phnom Penh. Preparation of Feasibility Report was made and recommended the new installation of power plants and rehabilitation of distribution lines to be implemented soonest to cope with the growth of demand. The new installation comprised Diesel Generating Sets 6 x 12.5 MW at the 1st stage with 180 MW Combined Cycle at the later stage.
