Owner :<\/strong> Thailand Tobacco Monopoly<\/p>\n Client :<\/strong> Thailand Tobacco Monopoly<\/p>\n Location :<\/strong>\u00a0 Rojana Industrial Estate, Ayuddhaya province<\/p>\n Period of Services :<\/strong>\u00a0 2008-2009<\/p>\n Project Cost :<\/strong>\u00a0 Approx. 16,200 Million Baht<\/p>\n Scope of Services and Description of Duties :<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n ATT Consultants Co, Ltd. in associated with the three consulting firms i.e., TEAM Consulting Engineering and Management Co., Ltd., Project Planning Service Co., Ltd. and Wisit Engineering Consultant Co., Ltd.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Thailand Tobacco Monopoly (TTM) had planned to relocate the existing cigarette factory from Klong Toey, Bangkok to the new area in any an industrial estate with a distance not over than 200 kilometres around Bangkok in 2008 – 2012 and now TTM is in process of land procurement. The Consultants are assigned to support TTM in procurement process of the works of this project.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n The Project consists of:<\/p>\n <\/p>\n \u2022 Design and layout, indicate the use of land, location of all buildings both process and non process area including all kind of raw material, auxiliary material, and finished product warehouse, Dormitory, infrastructures and necessary facilities.<\/p>\n \u2022 Design process and layout of new and old machine and equipment for producing 32 billion rod cigarettes in a year.<\/p>\n \u2022 Design process and layout of new and old printing machine and equipment.<\/p>\n \u2022 Design new business process, both BRP and MIS, for new TTM 3 – 70<\/p>\n \u2022 Provide all technical and commercial documents for Bidding Packages of Detailed design, Construction and Supply and Installation.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n In accordance with the Term of Reference, The Consultants shall execute the work as follows:<\/p>\n <\/p>\n 1. to study, analyze, review the project master plan layout and provide the technical documents of buildings & building facilities (A\/E), site construction, landscaping, furniture and interior, cost estimate, bidding documents and all necessary information for the procurement of Detailed designer Package<\/p>\n 2. to provide the technical documents of buildings & building facilities (A\/E), site construction, landscaping, furniture and interior, cost estimate, bidding documents and all necessary information for the procurement of Construction Packages.<\/p>\n 3. to study, analyze and design Primary and Secondary process flow diagramme, PFD and Machine layout and provide the technical documents of both new and old production machine and equipment, cost estimate, bidding documents and all necessary information for the procurement of Supply and Installation new and repairing machine and equipment Packages.<\/p>\n 4. to study, analyze, design process flow diagramme, PFD of Supporting process for Tobacco Production and Machine layout and provide the technical documents of machine and equipment, cost estimate, bidding documents and all necessary information for the procurement of Supply and Installation machine and equipment Packages.<\/p>\n 5. to study, analyze, design Printing process flow diagramme, PFD and Machine layout and provide the technical documents of both new and old printing machine and equipment, cost estimate, bidding documents and all necessary information for the procurement of Supply and Installation new and repairing printing machine and equipment Packages.<\/p>\n 6. to study, analyze, developing the existing TTM Business process (both BRP & MIS) and provide the technical documents of Network, Hardware and Software, cost estimate, bidding documents and all necessary information for the procurement of Supply and Installation Packages.<\/p>\n 7. to provide the manual of the New TTM Project management system<\/p>\n
