Main components consist of 2 circuits of oil filled 230 kV cables installed in a 2.6 meter-inside-diameter tunnel of 8 km. length, and a cooling plant with water cooling pipes along the cables for reducing heat dissipation. The tunnel is approximately 15 m deep and is constructed by using a pipe jacking method.
