Scope of Services and Description of Duties :<\/strong><\/p>\n

ATT had provided detailed engineering and stress analysis of pipelines and pipe supports for ESSO Sriracha Refinery in the modification area. The scope included the followings:<\/p>\n

\u2022 Preparation of general arrangement drawings showing pipe routes<\/p>\n

\u2022 Locate pipe support locations and select type of supports<\/p>\n

\u2022 Perform pipe stress analysis<\/p>\n

\u2022 Verify stresses at tie-in points such as tank shell nozzle<\/p>\n

\u2022 Prepare isometric drawings<\/p>\n

\u2022 Prepare bill of materials<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The projects undertaken were as follows:<\/p>\n

\u2022 ADO import through PTT jetty project<\/p>\n

\u00a0 The project comprised 18″ and 8″ pipelines connecting in between 24″ line of PTT and 8″ line to tank TK-3917 and 3918<\/p>\n

\u2022 TK-949 piping design project<\/p>\n

\u00a0 The project comprised of 24″, 10″, 6″, 2″ and 1.5″ pipelines connecting between various tie-in points and tank No. 949.<\/p>\n

\u2022 HVN export to Thai Oil Project<\/p>\n

\u00a0 The project comprised of 12″, 8″, 4″, 2″ and 1″ pipelines connecting tank 991 and its accessories to the ESSO refinery periphery.<\/p>\n
