The 297-rai project consists of 2 parts, with the Supreme Commander Headquarters standing in-between the northern part which is close to Chaeng Watthana road with the area of approximately 100 rai while the southern part has the area of approximately 197 rai. The two parts are connected by the road in Soi Chaeng Watthana 7.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Dhanarak Asset Development Co., Ltd. is responsible for mobilizing the capital of about Baht 19,016 million for project construction by means of asset securitization in accordance with the Royal Enactment on Special Purpose Juristic for Securitization B.E. 2540, and rents collected from 29 government agencies which will be moved into the project area after the completion of construction.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n The project comprises office buildings with the working areas of 610,000 sq.m., common buildings with the total areas of 60,000 sq.m., business buildings with the total areas of 32,000 sq.m., car park buildings with the capacity of 7,000 cars, public utilities system, landscape architecture work, internal decoration work, and hardware procurement.
