The project development comprises the detailed engineering design and PMC for the laboratory building as the following:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">1. One storey building of approximate area 1200 m2 including all furniture, item of fixed equipment, and all utilities<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">2. The utilities include all building utilities and incoming utility lines<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">3. Laboratory furniture \/ equipment<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">4. Special equipment<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">5. HVAC system<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">6. Cooling water system for octane engines<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">7. Plumbing services including plumbing fixtures, water distribution, sanitary waste, process water sewer, instrument air, fuel gas (LPG) and H2 gas piping, and carrier gases<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">8. Fire protection<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">9. Electrical power, lighting and communication systems<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">10.
