Main components of the project comprise:<\/p>\n <\/p>\n 1. House of representative complex comprises of 13 buildings which is a principle building with 12 retinue buildings, total usage area around 300,000 m2. The 13 buildings are the following:<\/p>\n \u2022 House of the Representatives, 15 storeys including 3 underground floors.<\/p>\n \u2022 Television Station Building, 4 storeys<\/p>\n \u2022 Standby Diesel Generator Set Building, 4 storeys<\/p>\n \u2022 People Yard North Building, 1 storey<\/p>\n \u2022 People Yard South Building, 1 storey<\/p>\n \u2022 Two Glass Pavilions, 1 storey<\/p>\n \u2022 Buddha Image Shrine, 1 storey<\/p>\n \u2022 5 Guardhouse Buildings, 1 storey<\/p>\n <\/p>\n 2. Parking Area for 2,000 cars<\/p>\n 3. Project Public Utilities<\/p>\n 4. Landscape<\/p>\n 5. Interior Works Furniture Provision<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Consultant\u2019s Scope of Work<\/p>\n The Consultant will take fully as Owner Consultant with the following tasks.<\/p>\n 1. Project Design Management<\/p>\n 2. Construction Supervision<\/p>\n 3. Maintenance management after the project completion and operation of buildings as planned.<\/p>\n 4.
