Scope of Services and Description of Duties :<\/strong><\/p>\n

Innovation and Laboratory Center had intended to establish a modern laboratory project in Thai Oil Refinery, Sriracha, Chonburi province, Thailand. The project development had been assigned to ATT Consultants Co., Ltd. (ATT) which comprises the detailed engineering design for the laboratory project as the following:<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

1) Three storey main laboratory building of approximate area 8,395 m2 including all laboratory furniture, item of fixed equipment, and all utilities<\/p>\n

2) Forth storey administration building of approximate area 2,020 m2 including all furniture and Interior design<\/p>\n

3) Forth storey bottle cleaning building of approximate area 1,600 m2 including all laboratory furniture, item of fixed equipment, and all utilities<\/p>\n

4) Three storey innovation R&D building of approximate area 4,000 m2 including all laboratory furniture, item of fixed equipment, and all utilities<\/p>\n

5) One storey pilot plant of approximate area 512 m2 including all utilities<\/p>\n

6) One storey substation of approximate area 270 m2<\/p>\n

7) The utilities include all building utilities and incoming utility lines<\/p>\n

8) Special Equipment<\/p>\n

9) HVAC System<\/p>\n

10) Plumbing services including plumbing fixtures, water distribution, sanitary waste, process water sewer, instrument air, fuel gas (LPG) and H2 gas piping, and carrier gases<\/p>\n

11) Fire Protection: NFPA 14, NFPA 2001<\/p>\n

12) Electrical power, lighting and communication systems<\/p>\n

13) Site preparation, road & drainage, Slope stabilities<\/p>\n

14) Landscape<\/p>\n

15) LEED Platinum level<\/p>\n

16) Clean Room: Clean Room ISO Class 9: approx. area 4,000 sq.m (No certify clean room)<\/p>\n
