Consultant’s Scope of Work : The scope of work is for Architecture and Engineering for PTTEPI Office Building, details of scope are listed as below:

 

• Conceptual Design

• Preparation and submission of Conceptual design package and relevant documents for Final Document to local Statutory Authorities

• Obtaining Approval from the Statutory Authorities

• Detailed Design

• Preparation application and supporting documents and submission to the Statutory Authorities Obtaining Final Approval (Construction Permit)

• Obtaining Final Approval (Construction Permit)

• Preparing of Scope of work for Construction work and engineering deliverable.

• Project Management and Construction Supervision
