Scope of Services and Description of Duties :

 

Design of a new medical building for the Bangkok Christian Hospital Building B, a 20 storey high and 1 story underground, total floor areas are about 50,000 m2. The Consultant works are included but not limiting to the followings:

 

Phase 1: Conduct design supervising to the designer, starting from reviewing of the Inception Report to the Final Design Report, and remodeling design of Moh Bradley Building and Moh Welles Building.

Phase 2: Contractors evaluation and selection of the Contractor for the construction of Building B.

Phase 3: Demolition supervision work for the period of 780 days.

Phase 4: Closeout services after the completion of the construction work.
